SUMMARY
The Manager, Property Management, is responsible for overseeing the daily tasks and aspects of
maintaining retail spaces, responsibilities of repairs, and assisting the operational functions of
Hibbett I City Gear stores. Provides management, direction, and leadership to ensure retail
spaces and properties of Hibbett I City Gear are operated in accordance with business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Manager, Property directly supervises the property management staff. This position also
carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and
applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning,
assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience
5 or more years of experience in property management and/or similar job experience
Experience leading and mentoring a team on best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
