Manager of Project Management Tulsa, OK Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 Bonus Health, Dental, Vision, 401k Benefits Our manufacturing client is a leader in the air cooling industry and searching for an experienced Manager to lead and coordinate the projects department and manage a team of Project Managers that are leading various sized manufacturing related projects in the Tulsa, OK area. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and direct the work of Project Managers, ensuring the successful management of multiple projects. Monitor project scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, and vendor performance. Develop and implement detailed action plans to achieve project objectives, keeping executive leadership informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Serve as the primary point of contact for Operations, facilitating communication between Engineering, Sales, and customers to maintain project alignment. Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure timely identification and ordering of long lead items. Document project status, identify obstacles, and communicate resolutions to management.

Apply traditional project management skills to set goals, assess risks, and resolve issues effectively. Requirements for the Manager of Project Management: Must have experience managing Project Management Departments and teams of Project Management Professionals Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a serial steel manufacturing environment. Advanced understanding of manufacturing supply chains is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software.
