Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a (Sr) Manager of Product Solutions with a strong background in any of the following areas: Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, internal audit, enterprise risk management, and/or general compliance. Position can be based out of Los Angeles, Orange County, Toronto, and all major U.S. metropolitan cities. The Manager of Product Solutions will be a product expert in the AuditBoard platform and be able to navigate the client's risk/audit/control environment and convey a high value proposition. This person will facilitate product demonstrations, answer product / sales questions, and consult clients on industry best practices as they learn about AuditBoard. Internally, the Manager of Product Solutions will partner closely with various departments, including business development, implementation and engineering to deliver solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to understand a complex client (ranging from Pre-IPO to Fortune 10) and their environment at a technical level in order to relate how AuditBoard's platform can alleviate their challenges.

  • Engage with C-level prospects to position AuditBoard's strategic value proposition and drive business development opportunities to closure

  • Participate in executive meetings and set forth plans to achieve sales growth, marketing objectives, sales headcount planning, etc.

  • Present a compelling demonstration of the AuditBoard suite of products to clients tailored based on the client's environment, either through an online or onsite meeting.

  • Mentor and cross-train internal resources and develop team members' skills and expertise

  • Provide pro-active, trusted thought leadership to target accounts

  • Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships that will create new business opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-9 years working experience within Big 4 consulting, Internal Audit, Compliance and/or Risk Management

  • BS in Accounting, Information Systems, Business or related field

  • Expert understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and internal audit methodology. Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management is preferred

  • Preferred strong understanding of common compliance frameworks such as COBIT, SOC, COSO, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, HITRUST and industry recognized guidance such as NIST

  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, critical thinking and project management skills

  • Excellent problem-solving, presentation and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Successful demonstrated experience managing and working with auditors

  • Successful demonstrated experience managing and working with internal cross-functional teams and product engineering groups preferred

  • Successful demonstrated experience communicating and reporting to Senior leadership

  • Sales experience is NOT required.

Minimum years experience required & Desired Work Experience: * 6+ years of work experience * 3+ years of consulting experience, preferably at large top tier consulting firm * 3+ years working with the NetSuite application in a solution architect or technical architect role * Experience leading teams on NetSuite projects * Experience in the technology, entertainment, and media sector preferred, but not required Desired Education: * Degree from a top tier university, preferably in one of the following fields: * Finance (preferred) ○ Accounting (preferred) * Business information systems * Computer science * Supply chain management * Industrial engineering Desired Certifications: * SuiteFoundation * NetSuite ERP Consultant 1 and/or 2 (highly preferred, but not absolutely required) Preferred skills & Desired NetSuite Skills: * 3+ NetSuite implementations, in either a solution architect or technical architect role * Experience leading teams of onshore and offshore resources through complex, full life cycle NetSuite implementations * Experience implementing NetSuite order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and account-to-report workstreams and associated modules * Deep experience with NetSuite's advanced revenue management module (this is a must) * Experience designing complex NetSuite customizations * Experience designing integrations, including familiarity with integration platforms currently available and their compatibility with NetSuite * Experience with different types of testing required in a system implementation (unit, quality assurance, system integration, user acceptance) * Understanding of financial and accounting concepts, such as function of a general ledger, month/year end close process, chart of account considerations, etc. * Experience with SuiteSuccess implementation methodology (preferred) Other Skills / Attributes * Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex ideas * Confidence in abilities, and eager to join a growing practice where rapid learning and high responsibility will be required from day 1 * Experience with complex sales, and interest in developing sales skill set for NetSuite services Travel Requirements: * Prior to Covid-19, PWC was looking for 65% to 75% Travel. * Currently during Covid-19 social distancing efforts we are working remotely for now.
