Light Wave Dental is seeking its first successful sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset to help grow the Light Wave Dental network of practices. As a high-profile member of our team, you will be exposed to business valuations and the acquisition process. Job responsibilities will include:

  • Originate new partnership opportunities by identifying, prioritizing, and establishing relationships with qualified dental practices and their dentist owner(s). The objective is to evaluate the business fit with Light Wave Dentals acquisition strategy, introduce the practice owner to our unique operating model, gain an understanding of the owners exit strategy goals, and position Light Wave Dental as the preferred buyer
  • Build trust through professional presentation, discretion, follow through, and communicating an understanding of the rewards and challenges of operating a dental practice
  • Effectively communicate financial analysis and valuation results
  • Maintain a proprietary database of prospective acquisitions
  • Coordinate meetings and all future correspondence with your accounts
  • Identify and run point on marketing opportunities including industry conferences and other creative media
  • Partner with senior management team in executing and closing acquisitions

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to interact with dental professionals and the ability to learn basic valuation techniques. A growth-focused entrepreneurial mindset is a must. This is an excellent fit for a successful dental/medical sales representative interested in a next level career challenge.

Job Type: Full Time

Years of Experience: 3-5 years of relevant sales experience

Degree Required: Bachelors

Travel: 23 days per week within multi-state territory

Requirements

  • Successful track record of achieving sales goals; experience in dental industry sales is highly desirable
  • Ability to communicate and develop rapport, both telephonically and in person
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn financial statements and ability to communicate financial analysis results
  • Confidence solving problems and making decisions
  • A Bachelors degree is required, Business related discipline is preferred

Location: This position will be a combination of working remote and travel within multi-state territory. Applicants must reside within proximity to a major airport in the following areas: Washington DC, VA, NC, SC.

The purpose of this position is to plan, coordinate, and execute the State Partnership Program (SPP) activity initiative between the National Guard of a state and the partner nation or country. This position has overall responsibility for developing statewide plans, policies, and procedures for the participation in the National Guard State Partnership Program. Additionally, this position has responsibility for preparing training plans and providing staff level planning and assistance to ensure that required training and readiness objectives are achieved. This position requires military membership. It is designated for National Guard officer incumbency only. The incumbent provides subordinate guidance and team leadership to non-dual status and dual status employees.
