The Manager of Housing shall be responsible for the overall operation of the housing facilities (Country Gardens and Cedar Court Apartments). Is responsible for delegation, supervision, and evaluation of all staff functions necessary to deliver the highest standard of care and quality to the residents. Ensures that all State regulations and Contracts governing the facilities are enforced.
Required Education: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or a Bachelor's Degree in a non-health care field from an accredited college
Current BLS certification
Preferred Education: Knowledgeable of RCAC state rules and regulations.
Knowledgeable on HUD policies & procedures
Required Experience: At least two years' experience working in a related field
Preferred Experience: Previous Management experience in a geriatric-care setting
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Critical thinking skills
Previous background in gerontology
Basic first aid
Provide educational in-services
Knowledge of HUD requirements
Effective leadership organizational skills
Knowledge of RCAC or CBRF guidelines
Willingness to work as a working manager with employees
