Job Summary: Ecolab has an opening for a Sr Finance Manager - FP&A, in our Paper North America Finance Team, located in Naperville, IL. This position will serve as a key financial adviser and value-added business partner to the General Manager, Vice President of Sales, and Marketing leads of the business. This includes P&L and balance sheet management, and reporting/presentation of the Division's financials. This position will work closely with legal, marketing, human resources, operations, and other internal departments as needed to support the business.

What You Will Do:
Serve as primary operating partner to the General Manager, understanding and driving key elements of the business to achieve financial goals
Responsible for driving key initiatives in the business including receivables reductions, margin improvement projects and process simplification
Work directly with General Manager, Vice President of Sales, and Marketing to provide financial support in the areas of monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial reporting
Lead the month end close process; P&L/balance sheet management, monthly/quarterly accruals, understanding of all accounting controls and processes, etc.
Management and development of more junior financial associates, as appropriate
Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to internal and external customers as needed
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
7+ years finance/accounting experience
Strong knowledge of financial controls and policy work
Ability to lead change and ensure business continuity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technical skill set should include: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point), SAP, Business Intelligence (BI)
SAP experience is a plus, but not necessary
Result oriented; proactive; and possesses a high level of integrity
Must demonstrate overall business acumen and ability to deal with ambiguity
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
