The Finance Manager will ensure that the executive leadership team, clinic leaders, and department managers are provided with accurate and timely analytical information through best-in-class budgeting, forecasting, business and operational analytics and decision support. The Finance Manager will also support Finance on matters pertaining to our Board, banks, and others. The Manager will liaise with many levels of the organization to provide timely information and analyses, and it will be imperative that they conduct themselves with ownership of their work product and accountability to their peers who are responsible for various functions in the business. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, deep critical thinking skills, a sense of urgency, pristine attention to detail, strong follow-through, a desire to grow, a positive attitude, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a desire to work in a mission-driven company. The ideal candidate is one who is regularly authoring excel or other analysis and covering many different regular and ad hoc projects at once. It is very important that you are an advanced Excel user and you have experience with complex analysis and forecasting, preferably with forecasting full income statements, cash flows, and balance sheets.
Job duties may involve analysis and deliverables pertaining to the following typical Finance Department outputs:
Support the annual budgeting process, along with regular reforecasting and variance efforts throughout the year
Coordinate the preparation of projected financial statements (income statement, cash flows, and balance sheet), financial reports, special analyses, and reports; present recommendations to management
Lead the regular/periodic forecasting/reforecasting process to help communicate Crossover's status and progress, and to identify opportunities and issues in the operations and business as a whole
Serve as subject matter expert on the financial drivers and outcomes for the business, use that expertise to drive change and results, and couple it with an intellectual curiosity that digs beneath the surface
Provide thought leadership and ownership of evolving the thinking and approach to pricing using empirical and other data for current and new products/services.
Provide strategic consultation and representation to Crossover's leadership on financial issues, including financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue and expense analysis
Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting or relevant discipline, MBA or CPA preferred
5-10+ years of progressive experience in finance, financial planning, analysis and budgeting
Self-driven, decisive, insightful, and detail-oriented with the ability to work both autonomously and within teams on initiatives
Superior analytical capabilities, coupled with a thorough grasp of finance and accounting
Strong planning, analytical, organizational and communications skills
Highly-proficient in Excel. Experience with Google Suite preferred, as Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets are also used extensively in our organization
Advanced level experience required in Excel. You may be requested to show us examples of your models and/or perform analysis with sample data that we provide.
Proven ability to project manage within teams and to collaborate across departments

The Manager, Finance will report to a Senior Manager or Director of Finance.
