Manager Of Engineering

Enumerate is seeking a Manager of Engineering to join our team!

In this role, you'll lead a dynamic team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. As a working manager, this role demands a balance between technical leadership and strong business acumen. You'll code roughly 50% of the time, while providing direction and oversight to ensure project goals are met on time, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development plans.

• Provide technical leadership and decision-making insights.

• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Ensure that all products and services meet company quality standards and customer expectations.

• Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and ensure the development team meets their requirements.

• Report on development activities, progress, and results to senior management.

• Manage and evaluate team member progress, provide feedback, and follow up team members are progressing.

• Manage the Partner Support program, and assist Partner development as needed.

• Manage and code development escalation and emergency issues that arise across the organization.

Who You Are:

• Proven experience in software development and project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a software development team.

• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

• Proficiency in .Net, .Net Core, Angular, React, and databases.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of leading and motivating a team and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
