The primary focus of this role is to grow the McDonald's delivery business by closely collaborating with our delivery partners, owner operators, and various levels of McDonald's leadership (local, national and global).
Develop and execute a compelling delivery strategy that can be easily implemented across two McDonald's Field Offices (Walnut Creek and Long Beach). Key cities include Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego and Phoenix.
Leverage data/insights to rapidly diagnose issues/opportunities and develop focused action plans to drive results across demand generation, operations and customer experience.
Key focus on setting up and executing breakthrough integrated marketing campaigns with third-party delivery partners at a local level to complement and amplify national programs.
Share the best bets and challenges on delivery effectiveness with local partners in addition to national and global delivery team to support learning across network; make necessary adjustments where needed with the key focus on lifting and shifting winning marketing ideas across US system and globally.
