Manager Of Customer Relations - Experience Team

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 3-5 years professional management experience required.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager of Customer Relations acts as the patient advocate for patients and family members. This position plans, coordinates, and implements customer relations efforts.. This position develops, implements, and conducts customer service and service recovery sessions, tracks and trends customer feedback/comments.

The Manager facilitates project teams to support customer service systems and provides appropriate advice and delegation of actions. The Manager is responsible for the management of the information desk services and interpreter services.

This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to team work and cooperation.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in related field required. .

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Certification by New Jersey Association of Director of Volunteer Services preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years professional management experience required. Working knowledge of the health care field, hospital procedures and/or public relations preferred.

Clinical experience helpful. Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred at time of hire; incumbents within position will be trained appropriately and then skill will be required for this position within 30-60 days from date of hire.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

WORK ENVIRONMENT
