We are looking for a CRM Strategy Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced Marketing team. The CRM Strategy Manager will lead SmileDirectClub's automated customer communications throughout the customer journey. If you're sharp, highly analytical, resourceful, and skilled at optimizing customer experiences, we want you!
Use insights to design new messaging & optimize existing messaging throughout the SDC customer journey with particular focus on SDC's Partner Network. This role is the thought leader behind the customer journey who is always asking 'how do we make this better for our customer?'
Work closely with large Dental Service Organization (DSO) partners and senior-level marketing stakeholders at these DSOs to build, measure, and pivot our CRM strategy for SDC's B2B expansion in this space.
Groom ideas, prioritize ideas based on potential impact, and maintain journey roadmap. Collaborate across the organization and with outside partners to prioritize projects, gather requirements, and share results.
Lead creative thought & story development for campaigns to disrupt customers and drive them to action.
Project manage development of new messaging content with creative team, automation setup & QA with the technical team, and A/B test design with the analytics team. This requires managing several tests at once across automated streams and marketing channels.
Work with analytics team to deliver timely results on tests, and adjust strategy customer touchpoints accordingly.
Collaborate with Technical Product Managers on ideal technical solutions for automations.
Deliver quality assurance across owned campaigns.
Scale team as necessary.
8+ years' experience in digital marketing, experience designing and implementing customer experience journeys and flows
Leader who is curious and passionate about delivering the optimal customer experience.
Highly intelligent & attentive to detail.
Creative & able to lead content development, and craft a compelling story for customers
A self-starter personality that can thrive in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing company.
Positive attitude and flexible personality.
Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a plus.
