Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create, control and improve end-to-end business processes

  • Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities

  • Create quality reporting, analysis and audits for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools

  • Assist in the creation, implementation and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs

While you're busy helping us change the landscape of health care, you've got to be able to quickly adapt to change in a fluid environment. It's all about quality reporting, analysis and audits and developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement. You'll also be challenged to gain buy-in from multiple stakeholders before presenting solutions to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field
  • 5 years of experience in writing business and/or system requirements and business / finance analysis
  • 3 years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts
  • 4 years of experience with MS Project, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL

  • Experience in PBM / health care industry

  • Experience as a team lead or project lead

  • In addition to the above required qualifications each candidate who is selected will be task with assignments proving their experience with the different skill sets prior to formal interviews.*

Core Responsibilities: * Oversees the implementation of deployment readiness program for regional rollouts, including communications, UAT, and training support for call centers. * Support the Sr. Director, Business Process Management in developing and executing the strategic vision to build and operationalize the data migration framework for billing system migration and associated impacts to end users and customers. * Participate in activities related to billing processes, data standardization and management and associated business impact. * Ensure billing compliance with accounting and other financial policies, and appropriate user/technology controls to adhere to company's SOX program. * Defines quality gates to ensure market readiness is in line with deployment milestones. * Develops and defines methods and procedures for end users to address deploying technology and operational process changes. Ensures operational plans are in line with business objectives. * Reviews and updates Training Strategy to meet region specific needs. * Defines a training plan to ensure business continuity. * Reviews UAT testing strategy and updates to meet regional differences. * Supports UAT readiness through the management of the market Readiness checklist. Creates UAT test plan, test cases, and scripts. * Manages testing environment requests to include test accounts and required test data. Provides centralized defect management for on-site UAT and live trials, maintains the defect and issues log, and conducts daily defect reviews. * Prepares and communicates daily testing status and defect reports. * Manages daily testing status and defect tracking. * Initiates metrics baseline and ongoing collection process in region. * Escalates project issues and risks as appropriate. * Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. * Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
