ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead all MAXXDRIVE sales activities within an assigned region or otherwise directed by Vice President of Sales or the Product Manager - MAXXDRIVE. Grow MAXXDRIVE sales through the conversion of qualified Target Accounts (those with $100K/Year potential that we can proactively pursue).
This includes:
Selection, pricing, and quotations of MAXXDRIVE products
Understanding the MAXXDRIVE competitive advantages as it relates to the IGU market.
Developing and implementing a sales strategy with the Product Manager
Giving pre-sale selection and application assistance for MAXXDRIVE products.
Qualifying target accounts presented by sales team.
Developing customer and Nord sales representative relationships and knowledge.
Coordinating with MAXXDRIVE engineering team as required
Utilizing myNORD, NORDCalc, AEP, and Lucky Bag programs
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.Education: 4-year engineering degree required
2.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Large Industrial Gear Drive market preferred
3.Skills and Key Attributes: High level of organization; Project Management skills; Technical Sales skills; Above average computer skills; Strong communication skills; Ability and desire to learn technical details of the MAXXDRIVE product line; flexible to changing requirements; Ability to multi-task; Professional and Positive attitude; team player; Self-Motivated and Self-Driven; Great problem solving skills; Creative; Adaptable and Assertive; knowledge of Large Industrial Gear Drive Applications; Knowledge of Large Industrial Gear Drive competitors.
