About the Job
The Manager of Benefits and Mobility will be responsible for enhancing and developing new processes and policies, driving global strategy, and leading the development, implementation and communication of benefit programs and global mobility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Function as a liaison between vendors, employees an retirees and advises on eligibility, coverage, and other benefits matters.
Assist with strategic benefits initiatives managing internal and external resources to deliver changes and enhancements to benefit programs.
Proactively support the Global Director of Benefits with evaluation, implementation and management of specific benefits solutions, programs, policies and processes to support current and future business strategy.
Provide internal consulting to HRBPs and management on benefits including global mobility policies and procedures.
Work closely with HR and business leaders to plan, adjust and provide solutions to mobility and benefit challenges.
Proactively monitor external markets to identify trends and best practices in benefits and mobility strategy and programs.
Lead various benefit related projects.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent industry experience.
At least 10+ years of benefits experience
Experience with analyzing benefit plans; developing and implementing plan design changes
Retirement benefits experience
Ability to analyze, organize and present data to management.
Excellent project management skills.
