Job Summary: As a Manager of Advanced Marketing Analytics you will be responsible for leading a team of Data Scientists and Marketing Analysts. You will be responsible for coaching and developing the team as well as setting deadlines and streamlining the analytical process as needed. The customer data/advanced marketing analytics team is responsible for working with H-E-B business leaders to predict and prescribe the most successful marketing campaigns for their business.

Essential Functions / Process Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned as necessary

  • Manage campaign assignments and deadlines in assigned area of targeted analytics.

  • Manage and coach team in targeted marketing and customer analytics and assist in the developing of effective presentations

  • Ability to perform and manage:

  • Pre-campaign analytics using primary and secondary data collection methods to determine optimal target and offer selection to achieve strategic objectives

  • Interim and post campaign analytics to measure overall performance and evaluate changes in customer behavior to recommend modifications to drive improved campaign ROI

  • Customer insights and in depth analytics on targeted marketing campaigns that are launched across multiple channels

  • Project groups to answer emerging organization questions requiring in-depth analytics

  • Data modeling techniques to mine the data warehouse to identify trends that suggest new marketing opportunities and recommend marketing strategies to capitalize on emerging trends

  • Work with IS to identify new data sources and collaborate on bringing data into production environment for use in analytics

  • Ad hoc analysis as needed upon request

Education and Experience preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics

  • Masters Degree preferred but not required

  • Ability to work successfully with a variety of software applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to produce detailed, accurate and high quality analytics and reporting

  • Experience using SQL querying tools, R, Python and foundational knowledge of database such as Hadoop, teradata concepts to facilitate data extraction

  • 5 years experience required

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in one-on-one and group situations, with the ability to effectively work within all levels of the organization- Strong analytical and project management skills

  • Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and attention to detail

  • Ability to work with and summarize large volumes of data to address business questions and facilitate in depth customer marketing analytics

  • Ability to understand retail loyalty data and translate data into meaningful insights to address strategic marketing initiatives a plus

  • Strong knowledge of retail or customer loyalty analytics

  • Ability to lead project groups, manage project timelines, and turn final work into polished and deliverable solution

VIEW JOBS 1/20/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-04-19T00:00 Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager the Territory Manager, Chronic is responsible for driving the commercial success of the Advanced Wound Care, Critical Care and Continence franchise's best in class portfolio of products within a defined geographic area. This individual will foster team effectiveness and accomplishment of goals by sharing knowledge, experience, and information to optimize business strategies and drive overall sales within the territory. Duties and Responsibilities: * Promote and sell portfolio of Advanced Wound Care, Skin Care, and Continence/Critical Care products to achieve sales results, quotas/targets and profitability goals * Develop new target accounts, establish new business and increase sales of current accounts * Develop and maintain action plans (i.e., weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) by analyzing territory performance, sales and reports to identify the needs of specific accounts and discuss issues with Regional Sales Manager or Area Sales Director to help the organization achieve its annual sales goals * Ensure effective utilization of the products by all trained HCPs within assigned territory * Network across multiple care settings (i.e. Wound Care Clinics, Physician Offices, WOCN, Infection Prevention, Critical Care Departments, Nursing Units, VAT, etc.) and use information gathered to build and maintain effective territory strategy * Maintains thorough knowledge and capabilities of the Company's products, channels and methods of distribution * Demonstrate a clear understanding of clinical evidence and articulate our evidence based value proposition * Demonstrate clinical understanding of Acute/Chronic Wound Healing process * Optimize the utilization of educational and KOL events (i.e. Trade Shows, Local Presentations/ Department Meetings, Educational Meals) * Develop and cultivate KOL relationships * Keeps regional manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis Undertakes effective calendar planning and time management skills Attend national, regional, and local meetings as required. Represent ConvaTec in a professional manner at scheduled meetings.
