Manager Of Accounting / Deputy Finance Director

Are you interested in being able to make an impact in your community? This organization helps provide critical services and is looking for an Accounting Manager / Deputy Finance Director. In this role you'll oversee a small team of 3 accountants and help the organization with financial planning, budgeting, financial reports, etc. You will assist the accounting team with day-day accounting efforts, assist with audits, compliance, GAAP, and GASB.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Experience managing a team of accountants
• Experience with audits and compliance
• Finance experience (ex: financial planning, budgeting, financial reports, financial operations)

Pluses

• Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or on track for certification
• Previous government accounting experience, GASB
