Responsibilities
West Henderson Hospital is currently under construction and is expected to open in late 2024. When it does it will be the seventh acute care hospital in The Valley Health System. It will be located at the southwest corner of Raiders Parkway and St. Rose Parkway, near the Las Vegas Raiders' headquarters. When the hospital opens it will feature:
150 beds
A 37-bay emergency department
Surgical suites including heart and hybrid suites.
Endoscopy suites
Cardiac catheterization labs
An electrophysiology lab to treat heart rhythm disorders
An interventional radiology/special procedures lab to treat neurological disorders.
Inpatient nursing care units.

Job Description:
Responsible for leading & overseeing a clinical dialysis unit staff, patient care, and facility. This manager will lead the team to provide the highest level of care to patients and ensure their safety, comfort, and wellbeing.
Qualifications
Shift: FULL TIME DAYS
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, BSN required.
Experience:
Two (2) years of Clinical Manager experience or comparable experience and three (3) years hemodialysis nursing experience required.
License/Certification:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license within state of practice and Current CPR certification required. CNN or CDN certification required within 1 year of eligibility.
Other:
Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
