Job Title: XRN07H- Regional Manager-

The Regional Manager will lead a team of District Managers and Nurse Ambassadors. District Managers as well as the Ambassadors serve as an extension of the service platform. Ambassadors have primary responsibility/accountability for providing appropriate product-related training and enrolments for patients prescribed products. Ambassadors will serve as the link for each patient enrolling in the program to better understand and utilize other product services, including but not limited to product training and adherence education. These interactions will be conducted as a one-on-one telephonic interaction with patients deciding how and whether to participate. Regional Managers will work with District Managers to ensure that Ambassadors provide an excellent patient experience.

Primary client contact for program(s) to which employee is assigned. Manages day-to-day activity of the program and supervises staff. Extensive interaction with internal and external customers. Significant participation in strategic planning. Review contracts and be accountable for proper execution of contract terms. Works with the Senior Manager or Director to develop policies, procedures, and the business work plan for assigned program(s). Travel is required <=30% of the year.

Specific job duties:

  • Manage program(s) per the scope of work, program, and standard operating procedures within the contracted budget. Manage day-to-day activity of the program operation, including supervision of staff. Monitor program statistics and metrics. Resolve complex cases.

  • Identify trends, barriers to performance, training opportunities, and enhance workflow for team members.

  • Presentation of program information to internal and external customers.

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key contacts in professional and client organizations.

  • Participate in interviewing prospective employees, evaluating current employees, and training employees as needed. Participate in client-structured workgroups.

  • Extensive research for resolution.

  • Responsible for performance reviews, resolving personnel issues, discipline, and termination.

  • Consistent communication with our client is required.

  • Support/Assist with planning and delivery of training and periodic meetings.

  • Participates in program-specific orientation meetings and demonstrates clinical and systems competency on tests.

  • Performs special projects and other duties as it pertains to specific contract performance.

  • Travel to and attend related meetings/conferences as required, <=30% of the year.

Supervisory Responsibility:

2-10 Direct Reports

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience

  • 5-8 years relevant experience or 3-5 years of experience with master's degree

  • Registered Nurse License in good standing in the state in which you work and/or cross-licensed in other states

  • Telephonic nursing roles are required to have a Compact State License in eligible states; additionally, employee must be willing to obtain Compact State license at such time as their state elects to adopt Compact legislation

  • Telephonic nursing roles are required to have a California State License and the employee must be willing to obtain additional Single State Licenses upon request.

  • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office and Internet experience; excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; strong analytical and problem-solving
