The Manager// Network Technical Services has five key roles as a leader in the information technology department: The first role deals with establishing strategic and tactical input regarding Network Technologies// in support of Lee Health business strategies and priorities// and particularly in support of delivering highly reliable and cost effective computing infrastructure to the applications delivery areas (i.e. Clinical// Financial// etc.). This includes being a support structure to the help desk// desk-side services and LAN services. The second role deals with managing and guiding the implementation of those projects for which oversight responsibility is assigned// to insure optimum quality design// timeliness// cost effectiveness// and supportability of implementation. Holds respective vendors accountable for exceptional performance. The third role is to oversee overall network operations// in support of the Systems and Operations group// including network service delivery levels// network backup/recovery/disaster recovery// and network security The fourth role is to manage those items which are included in the Network Services operating and capital budgets// and to support the Systems and Operations group as they track and report on the operating and capital expenditures in the Network Services area. The fifth role is to lead and develop assigned staff// while promoting collaboration// communication// and teamwork on projects they are assigned to// and teamwork within the overall technical services area// and teamwork and open communication within the overall IT department.
Additional Experience Requirements:
Cisco Route/Switch/VoIP experience required
Previous Engineering/Technical experience in Wired/Wireless Network, Route/Switch and CM required
Cisco certification preferred
Virtual Health experience preferred
