As the Manager of Marketing Strategy, you will architect the customer-focused marketing strategy for our entire product portfolio. We are at an exciting inflection point in our business, where it is time to re-imagine our approach to campaigns. You will paint this vision for the team as well as drive the implementation. You will develop your team to listen to the voice of the customer to understand their aspirations, pain points and constraints. And you won’t rest until you and your team determine how OnLogic products and services can truly provide value for the customer. This full-time position reports to the VP of Marketing and is based at our Cary, North Carolina office.

On an average day, you'll…

  • Design a framework for promotional campaigns focused on unique selling points that deliver customer value
  • Collaborate with peer leaders across Marketing, Sales and Product Management teams to create, refine and breathe life into the customer marketing strategy
  • Lead your team of Marketing Managers & Customer Intelligence to drive demand generation for each customer type
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure we are pacing appropriately and hitting our performance goals
  • Continuously deepen your understanding of the customer and market by working closely with Product Management and Customer Intelligence
  • Develop your team through open and honest feedback and opportunities for growth and empowerment

The team you will be joining: 

This multi-talented inbound and outbound marketing and ecommerce team consists of customer marketing managers, digital marketers, writers, designers and communications experts who endeavor to show the world why OnLogic is the first choice in Industrial Computing. You’ll find them developing marketing campaigns, curating our social media channels, penning website content and laughing daily at each other's terrible jokes. They’re a collaborative crew that works hard to position the brand, generate demand and deliver a delightful customer experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience that include great stories about building and developing teams that you've managed and successfully implementing new ways working
  • You have delivered on a customer-centric product marketing strategy for an international company with annual revenue of at least $300M
  • You are a multidisciplinary marketer with expertise in inbound and outbound marketing, sales enablement, account-based marketing and ecommerce
  • You have experience integrating the efforts of Marketing, Sales and Product Management teams, with examples of successes and failures, and lessons learned from both
  • You geek out about computers, hardware and technical products
  • You enjoy building cross-functional relationships
  • You have experience managing a large marketing budget

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $170,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
