Job Description:

We are excited to be adding a new member to our team! As a Manager, Marketing Strategist on this team, you will be responsible for leading analysis of marketing positioning and marketing strategy across all phases of execution. You will evaluate and improve marketing measurement; monitor market trends, research markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues; and also select, negotiate contracts, and partner with marketing agencies and vendors to support business needs. In addition, you will manage budget to support P&L goals while partnering with finance and management teams. As the Marketing Strategist you will play an integral role in identifying opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness across the client journey.

In addition, you will also manage a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing routine associate situations; developing team goals while managing them for results; & developing associates through coaching performance, completing performance reviews, goal setting and development planning.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

  • At least 5 years of Marketing work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of military/ government work experience

  • 5+ years of experience developing and implementing strategic marketing plans including digital channels

  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and programs

  • Experience using A/B testing to compare and evaluate different approaches

  • Background in healthcare, hospital, life sciences or pharmaceutical marketing

Expectations

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

  • Perform other responsibilities as needed
