We are seeking a marketing tech guru and problem-solver powerhouse with a solutions-oriented mindset to join our growing Marketing team. A data-driven marketing whiz with a knack for automation and a passion for optimizing campaigns, you possess a strong understanding of sales and marketing processes. Your expertise in marketing technology will be indispensable in building automated workflows, ensuring seamless data flow across our marketing and sales systems (CRM, marketing tools), and optimizing campaigns for lead generation and sales growth. Leveraging your skills in website analytics and marketing attribution models, you will generate insightful reports demonstrating ROI. This dynamic role bridges the gap between marketing and sales teams, streamlining workflows and maximizing the impact of the marketing campaign and our investment in marketing tech stack. Ultimately, you will be a driving force behind our lead generation and sales growth.
What you will get to do:
Marketing Operations & Technology
Build and maintain automated workflows within the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to integrate with other tools and optimize the user experience for lead nurturing and communication
Support the Marketing Programs Managers in developing campaign assets within HubSpot (email templates, landing page templates etc.)
Stay current on the latest marketing tools and trends, recommending, and implementing new technologies as needed
Data Management & Analysis
Use in-depth understanding of website analytics and marketing attribution models (e.g., UTM parameters, first-touch vs. last-touch attribution) to help the Marketing team optimize marketing campaigns and demonstrate ROI
Apply experience implementing tracking codes (e.g., Google Analytics tags) in marketing automation platforms HubSpot and Salesforce to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels for lead generation and sales growth
Collaborate with sales and revenue operations teams to maintain clean and accurate data across all systems
Ensure seamless data synchronization between marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
Maintain data/database accuracy and integrity through proactive data hygiene practices
Support the marketing team with segmentation, lead nurturing, campaign management, and performance analysis to drive results
Generate reports and analyze data to provide actionable insights for marketing decisions
Assist with targeted list building, including the use of 3rd party databases such as ZoomInfo or other
Sales & Marketing Alignment and Enablement
Review, document, and streamline current marketing and sales workflows for improved efficiency
Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with teams to implement them
Partner with the sales and marketing teams to maximize utilization of the marketing tech stack
Develop and deliver training programs and resources to ensure all team members leverage technology effectively
Collaborate on planning and execution of marketing events (webinars, trade shows) to maximize impact

Strong grasp of marketing budget allocation and management principles, including applying marketing attribution models to measure campaign ROI and optimize spending
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, effectively managing multiple projects, adapting to changing priorities, and meeting deadlines consistently
Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate complex problems, solutions, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Creative and solutions-oriented mindset to drive positive outcomes
Education and Qualifications:
Required: 3+ years of experience in marketing/sales operations or a related field
Required: 2+ years of direct experience with CRM platforms specifically, Salesforce and HubSpot
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex marketing and sales data
Understanding of lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and lead/customer management practices
Comprehensive understanding of a wide range of marketing and sales technologies, including but not limited to:
Gong, ZoomInfo, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Salesforce, HubSpot, Kixie, Postal.io
Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, SurveyMonkey
