The Marketing Manager plans and executes marketing campaigns to promote Rutherford Regional Health System and benefit consistent growth/engagement among communities, physicians and internal audiences. Duties include: serves as a point of contact for physician practices, department directors and service line leaders to assess marketing and public relations needs, and to design and execute marketing campaigns and measure ROI and effectiveness.
Writes ad copy (print, radio, TV, web and social media) to deliver key messages. Works with external media account executives to deploy media campaigns. Coordinates web and social media information and tactics to utilize latest technology and media to reach targets. Manages other projects as assigned.
High School Diploma required
Associates Degree preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with emphasis on PowerPoint and Word required. Proficiency in desktop publishing (InDesign, Photoshop, Publisher) or graphic software preferred.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others. Must be flexible and have ability to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously with little oversight.
Must have 2-3 year experience in Marketing/Communications/Community Relations required. Healthcare experience preferred.
