Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
Four (4) years marketing experience, preferably in the casino industry.
Knowledge of all gaming regulations and procedures.
Strong written and oral communication.
Knowledge of all computer software and office systems.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
Responsible for assisting the Regional Director of Marketing to achieve the overall success of regional and property marketing along with marketing operations improvements. Assist with strategy development and implementation, planning, program development and implementation, expense budgeting and processing, and team supervision and development. Key regional marketing functions with direct oversight may include regional promotions, events, player development and the players club. Will work with the Marketing Shared Services team including database analyses, direct marketing, promotions programming, advertising, creative development, digital marketing, hotel yield and entertainment.
The Regional Marketing Manager, along with the property marketing team, is also responsible for the delivery, monitoring, and continual improvement of guest service and satisfaction along with meeting/exceeding property financial goals.
Assists in the development and implementation of regional and property marketing plans.
Develops regional marketing programs which successfully achieve the property's marketing and business goals and are properly aligned with the company, regional, and property brand.
Assists in the review and approval of regional marketing programs including actions provided by the Marketing Shared Services group
Works with properties on continued marketing operations improvements, utilizing new technology to drive revenue.
Analyzes and reports on successfulness of marketing programs including their generation of incremental revenues and ROI.
Contributes to successful achievement of property financial objectives.
Helps manage selected outside vendors and closely monitors their performance.
Helps ensure all marketing activities, staff, and outside partners are in full compliance with all regulatory, company, and property policies and practices.
Helps coordinate marketing support with all other operational departments.
Helps communicate regional and property marketing plans, programs, and results to the Shared Services teams and property marketing departments.
Must be able to travel and work on property in the event additional support is needed to execute a program.
Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends as needed
