Manager, Lifefit/Cardiopulmonary Rehab

The Manager for LifeFit/Cardiopulmonary Rehab is a professional exercise physiologist with the primary role of coordinating all daily operations and service delivery for participants of the Lifefit Wellness Center as well as the Lifefit cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program, as directed by the overseeing Director. The Manager will serve as the designated operational resource for staff, program members, physicians, payers and other departments within the hospital.

The Manager will provide education on the importance of risk factor modification for the primary and secondary prevention of heart and/or lung disease. The Manager will act as an interdisciplinary team member in the provision of services by maintaining a fractional personal training caseload and assisting in delivery of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation services. The Manager will contribute to service line process improvement and program development as well as the maintenance of all necessary certifications, accreditations, and agreements.

The individual must have the ability to communicate, organize, delegate, and possess cognitive skills to effectively manage LifeFit Wellness center operations and responsibilities. The Manager actively supports the Core Values, Mission & Vision of BMH, and ensures all processes are executed to comply with regulatory standards.
