Position Summary
This position will be responsible for setting up and maintaining systems and data configurations in regard to programs the Life Cafe utilizes. They will also be a liaison between Vendors and Café Leaders. This person will help create SOP's for existing and new cafe systems and programs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Sets up and manages all aspects of Net-Chef including inventory and product management.
Generates and evaluates Net-Chef data to provide cost saving efficiencies and general analysis, as needed
Develops vendor relationships with existing and new vendors, including food and beverage vendor set-up, product cost comparisons, etc…
Develops policies and procedures for implementation of café systems
Interfaces with corporate and field café staff on an ongoing basis triaging system issues to achieve KPIs
Position Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent
2+ years of experience in database application
Analysis and communication with technical and non-technical staff
Ability to consolidate complex information and communicate to various levels of the organization
Understanding of food & beverage procurement processes
Excellent organization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Requirements
Experience Working with Net-Chef or other Inventory Management System Configuration
Understanding of networking technologies.
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
1-2 years of Technical Project Management experience
BA in Hospitality or equivalent experience
