Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information systems or a related field required (or equivalent) master's degree preferred.
8 years of Technology implementation for Legal & Corporate Affairs business partners / 4 years of Technical resource management and/or project management experience required. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Can understand technical documents and can communicate description of problems and solutions
Two years' experience directly managing technical and business analyst resources required
Two years' experience managing IT projects required, PMP certification preferred
Familiarity with Legal operations business processes including matter management and contract management preferred
