Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information systems or a related field required (or equivalent) master's degree preferred.

  • 8 years of Technology implementation for Legal & Corporate Affairs business partners / 4 years of Technical resource management and/or project management experience required. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

  • Can understand technical documents and can communicate description of problems and solutions

  • Two years' experience directly managing technical and business analyst resources required

  • Two years' experience managing IT projects required, PMP certification preferred

  • Familiarity with Legal operations business processes including matter management and contract management preferred

Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position: * Master's degree or equivalent in Law or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the position offered or a related position, including 2 years of experience with: set up and management of contracts workflow and management processes, including drafting, authoring, negotiating, reviewing, approving, auditing and executing contracts; * Working with attorneys and staff to develop and institutionalize best practices for knowledge and legal project management, including setting up best practices for handling document templates and samples and case management methodologies, and overseeing, managing and assisting in continuous development and improvement of Legal Department's intranet/portal page; * Litigation and legal presentations to private and public sector organizations; interpreting, reviewing and drafting foreign legal documents; and 6 months of experience with: monitoring and tracking legal spend and budgets, including utilizing Onit software; and performing data analytics and visualization utilizing Tableau.
