About The Role
The Talent Development (TD) Manager is part of FTI's Global Talent Development organization within the global Human Resources practice. This position will report to FTI's Talent Development Director of Operations. This role will be responsible for leading all project management activities relating to the direction, coordination, implementation, and completion of projects to achieve the learning goals for the segments as well as the major programs offered by the Global Talent Development team. This position supports Global Talent Development as well as FTI Consulting's overall strategic priorities.
What You'll Do
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the project lifecycle of all logistics for our annual global programs as well as other Talent Development projects to ensure successful execution of these events/projects, to include:
Creating overall event project plans to include a comprehensive communication plan
Partnering with and managing vendor relationships
Coordinating with internal Procurement team on vendor contracts where necessary
Tracking program expenditures and partnering with Finance on monthly program spend
Keeping all stakeholders updated on program/course participation (i.e., instructors, Global Talent Development MD, segment leads, HR POC's, etc.)
Managing in-person events (maximum 8 weeks annually) creating a memorable learning experience including venue selection, budget management, catering management, registration process, communication and in-person event coordination.
Partner and consult with the business to identify specific employee learning needs, and develop a plan that will fulfill these needs to include:
Curation of existing content
Transfer knowledge on existing system capabilities
Create or modify learning paths
Schedule on-site or virtual training sessions
Set up courses, classes, and monitor registrations in our Learning Management System (LMS)
Create training invitations and ad-hoc communications
Use experience and creativity to implement process improvements
Maintain all course materials, and documentation necessary to ensure NASBA compliance
Monitor and respond to training requests

What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of post-graduate related work
Bachelor's degree
Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft products (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word).
Intermediate project planning and management skills
Experience with event planning and on-site event coordination
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Smartsheets, Zoom
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a professional services environment
Project management professional (PMP) or similar certification
Knowledge of Saba Cloud LMS
Experience with project management applications
Experience in Cvent event management application
