What we're looking for:
Citrix is looking for energetic, curious, and driven leader with validated lead management/revenue operations knowledge to join its Marketing Operations team. The Manager of Lead Management Operations will be responsible for orchestrating lead flow and quality initiatives across business partners from both Marketing and Sales, seeking to increase performance, end-to-end health and visibility of the systems and lead flow processes. This role is focussed on thinking strategically around leveraging data, systems and processes to drive lead conversion. While the core of the role is focused on marketing operations, this is a full-funnel role that will involve diving deep into the entire customer journey.
Position Overview
In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of Data Analysts/Operations Specialists and help govern the systems, processes, and policies that support lead management operations. As the ideal leader, you will be passionate about lead optimization, lead conversion, and leveraging data to drive marketing decisions.
Primary roles and responsibilities:
Build alignment and lead initiatives across cross-functional partners, from Marketing, geo-based Sales teams, and IT
Develop deep understanding of all the systems and tools involved in the end-to-end lead flow, from acquisition to disposition by sales
Analyze and optimize conversion of the end-to-end lead lifecycle
Maintain and improve Lead Flow system health monitoring, reporting and alerting capability, allowing to quickly diagnose any anomalies and identify their root cause.
Develop, implement and advise key operational strategies to increase lead quality, such as: lead tracking, lead/account scoring, and marketing demand gen performance
Continuously analyze and report on the lead flow and quality health status, using data-driven insights for recommending improvements
Drive operational excellence within our marketing automation and sales enablement systems and processes
Run critical business processes such as lead/account scoring, campaign attribution and hierarchy, data enhancements, campaign operations tracking, and lead qualification/disposition/recycling
Basic Qualifications
Strong analytical skills (hands-on experience using SQL, PowerBI, Excel and other basic data mining/analytical tools)
5 plus years of proven ability leading and developing a team
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in connected marketing and sales automation, demand funnel
Experience with Marketing Automation Technology (Marketo preferred, but not required)
Experience and knowledge of Salesforce setup and configuration required
Outstanding project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills (hands-on experience using SQL, PowerBI, Excel and other basic data mining/analytical tools)
5 plus years of proven ability leading and developing a team
Desire to challenge the status quo to improve and streamline processes for increased efficiency and scale
Ability to establish relationships and communicate across multiple teams. Ability to communicate clearly and directly with partners at all levels.
