We are looking for a Manager, Large Commercial Projects. The Large Commercial Project Manager is responsible for identifying and managing large scale commercial projects across internal and external stakeholders to ensure that large and important accounts receive products, services and technical service within the desired timeframes, and that potential services issues and inquiries are quickly addressed. This role will report directly to the Vice President, Sales Planning & Communication.
In this role you will:
Manage customer orders from time purchase order is secured through acknowledgment to final billing
Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely assistance for projects
Closely track and monitor all project actions, follow ups and overall status of tasks
Work with sales and sales support teams to provide quotes and sell products and services for these projects
Monitor all projects for profitability and customer satisfaction
Work with customers, vendors and internal departments to proactively resolve problems
Constantly monitoring and reporting on the progress of a project to all stakeholders
Foster and maintain positive, effective business relationships with internal and external customers
A qualified person will have:
Bachelor degree in science, engineering, business, or related field
High level of expertise in indoor growing environment facilities and layouts
High level understanding of Hawthorne's comprehensive solutions for commercial growing
5+ years of experience managing large, complex sales project
Proven track record of cross-functional leadership and collaboration
Excellent organizational and time management skills
