Manager - Kettering - Breast Center - FT/ First Shift

Responsibilities & Requirements

He/she will be responsible for monitoring all the technical and support operations of the Centers so that all work is completed in a timely, efficient and competent manner. He/she will work in cooperation with the supervisory staff, Medical Director and Director of KHN Breast Imaging, and KBEC clinical supervisors to meet the department's goals. He/she will be responsible for assisting in marketing of Kettering Breast Evaluation Centers in conjunction with KHN Marketing departments and Business Development Departments.

Work Environment

Flexibility and willingness to work at alternate locations; willing to travel to other network facilities. Detail oriented and able to prioritize.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum EducationGraduation from an approved academic program in Diagnostic RadiographyAdditional areas of registry preferred.Bachelor's in business/Health care field.Possesses a current State of Ohio license as a Radiographer. Required Licenses[Ohio, United States] OtherCurrent State of Ohio license as a Radiographer.

Minimum Work ExperienceTwo to five years of radiographic experience is preferred.Two years of management/teaching experience is preferred. Required SkillsHave a working knowledge of productivity and meeting standards for each site.Possess leadership abilities including staff utilization and effective delegation as well as organizational and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to work more than eight hours per day, as needed.Ability to work well with others and to foster a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.Ability to deal tactfully, but firmly and professionally with others.Ability to exercise independent judgement and initiate staff in same.
