The Corporate IT Manager will play a critical role in overseeing our corporate infrastructure and lead day to day helpdesk and corporate operations including: corporate system management, telephony infrastructure, office-wide networking, hardware/supplies management, and escalations.
We have a small but efficient team and are looking for a seasoned leader to help drive strategy planning and execution. We are a results-driven, high energy team, and we like to have fun in the process. We move really fast and believe collaboration is critical for success.
Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:
6+ yrs. experience in a fast-paced IT environment
Experienced in building IT infrastructure from scratch in a startup environment
Experience in public cloud e.g. AWS and managing cloud apps via Single Sign on (SSO)
Experience with cloud-based back office products such as O365, Slack, Atlassian Cloud (JIRA and Confluence), Zoom
IT support experience in a heterogeneous environment (MacOS/Windows). Linux experience a plus
Researches, recommends and implements strategies and/or hardware/software enhancements to increase employee productivity by studying organization goals and strategies
Teaming up with our Security team to ensure IT security best practices and preventive measures
Understanding of Windows Servers, Active Directory administration and networking protocols and services like TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
