Job Description

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any related discipline

  • 3-5 years of experience in Information Systems / Information Technology or related functional area preferably in manufacturing systems

  • 5+ years of project management experience - preferably with SAP System Projects including (SAP PP-PI - Production Planning-Process Industry, PE - Production Execution, QA - Quality, PM - Plant Maintenance)

  • Good business knowledge and understanding of the SAP supply chain space

  • Hands-on SAP experience

  • Self-motivated

  • Extremely detailed oriented and organized

  • Exceptional time management skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally

  • Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals

  • Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Global Travel up to 30% depending on projects

Key Relationships:

  • Associate Director and Group Lead, Global Functions
  • Work hand in hand to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Project Leads
  • Work directly with director level project leads on project delivery.
  • External suppliers
  • Work directly with contractors / external project resources to ensure successful execution of the project.
