Supports Director Investor Relations in maintaining and strengthening the company's successful interface with both external and internal audiences, including stockholders, investment analysts, financial media, board of directors, employees and others.


  • Prepare draft documents of external and internal announcements for review, including press releases, responsive statements, etc.

  • Research/prepare/update drafts of PowerPoint slide for all investor meetings and presentations.

  • Assist as a contact for day-to-day investor/analyst inquiries.

  • Assist in maintaining IR program calendar.

  • Solicit/gather/oversee organization of internal support materials included in management briefing books for quarterly investor calls and webcasts.

  • Participate in all aspects of the development and completion of the Annual Report.

  • Prepare/edit/post investor relations material on company website, including monthly investor slide deck, quarterly investor call transcripts, annual meeting remarks, and company fact sheet.

  • Maintain up-to-date financial and investor relations information on corporate website and intranet site. Ensure prompt postings of press releases and other materials intended for external and internal audiences. Assist in ensuring that all company external and internal investor communications are integrated and consistent.

  • Gather/analyze/maintain data pertinent to the company, its industry, competitors and peers. Monitor industry reports, news articles and media commentaries. Update related databases.

  • Monitor sell-side analyst research reports on the company, its competitors, and customers. Review/analyze/summarize sell-side earnings models and consensus earnings estimates. Compare sell-side estimates with internal forecasts.

  • Perform research and analysis on the company's peers and customers, their financial statements, operating performance and valuation.

  • Further develop and maintain a historical company financial and operating performance data base, with a view toward developing a company Fact Book to be posted on the corporate website.

  • Undertake scheduling and preparation for investor meetings, investor conference presentations, quarterly investor earnings calls and webcasts, annual investor day and non-deal road shows. Liaise with brokerage and vendor firms regarding dates, details and logistics for all events.

  • Manage/maintain investor relations contact and distribution lists.

  • Provide research on issues and topics of interest to investors/analysts re company operations and financials and management re investors and analysts. Other support to Corporate Communications as needed.

  • Attend investor calls and meetings to act as a transcriber

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.



  • Bachelor's degree, required. A degree in business, or economics preferred.

  • Minimum four years business experience; investor relations experience desirable.

  • Proven understanding of finance and financial statements.

  • Experience using Financial Research Systems (i.e. Bloomberg)


  • Impeccable ethics, the ability to think independently. Must possess professional manner in dealing with senior management.

  • Solid analytical abilities and research skills.

  • Strong planning, organizational and execution skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Works independently and teams well with others.

  • Ability to effectively juggle multiple deliverables.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Advanced computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
