The Manager, Investments is responsible for supporting the analysis, evaluation, and execution of hotel investments and related transactions. A successful candidate will leverage prior real estate valuations experience to assist with acquisitions, dispositions, valuations, M&A analysis, portfolio management, ROI assessment and capital allocation prioritization.

The position requires a self-motivated team player who can manage demanding projects effectively, collaborate with other departments and executive management, and operate with a sense of urgency and discipline.

What will I be doing?

• Create complex models for acquisitions, dispositions, valuations, development and ROI opportunities. Develop pro forma projections.

• Coordinate and manage portfolio management process and ensure completion of quarterly deliverables.

• Support acquisitions and dispositions efforts throughout all stages of the transaction.

• Leverage access to industry data to develop market forecasts and identify/monitor industry trends.

• Conduct market supply and demand analyses.

• Prepare memos and presentations for senior management.

• Assist in reviewing management and franchise agreements, leases, and other contracts.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate acquisition and ROI opportunities.

• Represent Park at internal and external meetings and events.

• Guide and mentor junior team members.

• Other duties and projects, as assigned.

What qualifications do I need?

• Minimum of 5 years in real estate investment, feasibility, or finance (preferred experience in hospitality).

• Bachelor's Degree in economics or finance (preferred that degree focused on hotels or real estate).

• Skills required: strong Excel modeling capabilities, effective written and verbal communication, personable, motivated, problem solver with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

What capabilities would it be advantageous to have?

• 5+ years in hotel real estate investment, feasibility, or underwriting at REIT or other ownership group, private equity, investment bank, consulting firm, or brokerage firm.
