As a Manager, Inventory Management on the Inventory Strategy team, you'll be based in Bentonville, AR and will harness the power of data to drive excellence in inventory management. You will build tools that provide visibility and drive processes that help us efficiently utilize space in our facilities to be a best-in-class replenishment team.

What you'll do…

  • Utilize data to solve complex inventory challenges

  • Create visibility to metrics and data that drive key business decisions and strategies

  • Lead transformation of business processes, tools, and ways of working

  • Drive inventory efficiency and accuracy across the business

  • Solve dynamic problems that positively impact inventory management and the member experience

What you'll bring…

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, statistics, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of SQL, Python or Power BI

  • An entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter approach and an innovative mindset

  • Ability to accomplish work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
