What will I be doing?

The Manager Inventory Management provides reporting and analysis to the Inventory Management Leadership, Product Development Team and Inventory Collaborator Teams to support efforts to improve Club Member usage in alignment with Inventory needs.

You will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Lead the Global Inventory Optimization Analyst team members to guide efficient support for the Departments objectives and prioritize the workload.

  • Manage existing reporting to analyze inventory performance and booking patterns to provide recommended changes in release rules to improve the overall health of the Inventory and optimize Club Member usage opportunities and manager improvements to reporting in partnership with Business Intelligence and IT teams.

  • Partner with Inventory Management Leadership, Product Development Team and Inventory Management Collaborator Teams to support efforts to improve Club Member usage in alignment with Inventory needs and system capabilities, such as Club Member Personalized Inventory Campaigns, Club Member Exclusives, Points and Cash and other Club Initiatives.

  • Run utilization promotions and Cub Member campaigns based on current inventory availability, projected booking pace and requests from Leadership and Sales teams to optimize use of the assets

  • Review analyses of data collected by Inventory Optimization Analysts to identify trends, reviews usage performance to evaluate if any changes in segment allocations are vital to improve overall performance of inventory.

  • Review all Month End Reporting for resort performance

  • Handle the compilation of the monthly utilization inventory reporting package to provide meaningful transparency of Inventory issues to Executive Management and inventory partners

  • Manage the requests from department leaders for the refinement and creation of utilization reporting and analysis.

  • Run the documentation and procedures for all team tasks and system capabilities

  • Perform special projects or other ad hoc requests by leadership as needed.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent

  • 4+ years demonstrated ability in the hospitality industry; i.e. Front Desk, Reservations, Club or Inventory Control areas.

  • Must have strong skills for data input and working within an operating system.

  • Demonstrated computer experience with a Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills - ability to coherently interact with various departments

  • Must be self-motivated, team-oriented, well organized and have the ability to multi-task

  • Must have a strong attention to detail

  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
