The Role:

The Inside Sales Manager role is a newly created role within Iora. This role is an ideal fit for a highly motivated, performance driven sales manager to build and grow an internal sales team. This individual will be patient centered and help ensure that prospective patients understand the value of the Iora care model. This individual will be responsible for motivating their team to deliver on the Iora mission, help them meet or exceed patient enrollment goals and be a key owner of the Iora patient journey.

Daily Duties:

  • Based on the Iora Nest, The Inside Sales Manager reports to the National Director of Patient Enrollment. Responsible for managing a team of 8-10 Sales Representatives and running daily sales team huddles

  • Analyze sales data to drive team performance

  • Lead the team to meet month over month patient enrollment targets

  • Monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process

Ideal Attributes:

  • An enthusiastic leader: you have three or more years of sales management or related experience where you have motivated others to excel

  • Able to build your own pipeline: you lead by example and thrive by both coaching and demonstrating that you know your craft

  • Detail/data oriented: you are comfortable managing a sales funnel with a cloud-based CRM, making sure the team is focused on the highest value opportunities, and represent the Iora brand with the utmost care in the community

  • Professional: you can confidently articulate the Iora Primary Care mission and what makes us unique to the individuals we serve in formal and informal settings

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment: you recognize that Iora is still a startup, and we are learning every day about what works best to deliver on our enrollment and engagement efforts

We think you:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree

  • Have 3+ years of sales management or related experience where you have motivated others to excel

  • Preferably speak a second language fluently, ideally Spanish

  • Have worked in fast-paced, results-driven work environments

  • Consume data/insights to help you prioritize activities

  • Get excited about motivating others

  • Do not necessarily need any health care experience

  • Must have a valid driver's license and own a vehicle

  • Are willing to work nights and weekends

  • Based on Iora's Boston Nest

Compensation: Competitive base, commissions, and quarterly bonuses

The Inside Sales Manager will work cooperatively with the channel team to penetrate new business opportunities while meeting/exceeding monthly sales targets. This position requires aggressive identification and qualification of new business opportunities/prospects through cold calling, email, web and offline based initiatives. Specific Objectives and Responsibilities * Exceed Revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. * Proactively prospect new business opportunities via cold call, email, prospecting tools, & marketing leads provided * Cold call into accounts to uncover potential contacts and set meetings * Manage sales orders and provide status to partners and/or manager. * Ability to understand and communicate Carbonite's role in the disaster recovery space, and handle objections * Educate prospects/customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to drive engagement * Determine and understand a prospect company's primary business issues to match a fitting solution * Drive traffic to various online and offline events including (but not limited to) tradeshows, webinars and seminars * Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability * Ability to manage and track opportunities and pipeline in Salesforce * Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with members of the assigned territory * Professionally represent yourself and Carbonite at all times to prospects, customers and vendors * Perform other duties as assigned What will make you successful at Carbonite: * A track record of good judgment and decision-making in positions with significant responsibility * Highly autonomous and able to independently identify high value projects and drive them completion * Demonstrated leadership capability in cross-functional team environments * High degree of comfort with complex technical environments * Having and being able to articulate/defend an informed opinion on important topics Skills & Experience * Cold calling experience in B2B or B2C lead generating environments * Familiar with sales cycle process * Possess strong troubleshooting skills * Background or experience in technology / software selling * Knowledge of Salesforce * Proven track record of success (should have made quota consistently) * Creative problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills * Ability to embrace the team culture approach * Works well in a channel friendly organization * Self-Motivated and persistent * Ability to multi-task while achieving quota * Desire to grow with the company into a lucrative sales career Company Overview: In 2005, Carbonite introduced a new way to protect computer files, quickly becoming one of the industry's most affordable, easy-to-use cloud backup for consumers.
