Using machine learning algorithms to optimize and automate an enterprise's service operation
Employing current and emerging technologies such as connected things, AR/VR, NLP for effective customer engagement.
Is an IT professional who understands popular branded cloud implementations such as Oracle OCI, Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, or Google Cloud. Particularly familiar with cloud AI components and configurations. Responsibility is to help development, test, or deployment teams to set up cloud environments to install, configure and run hybrid solutions. Must be familiar in estimating operational costs and be able to provide workable configuration options. Responsible for virtualizations and deployment architectures.
Coordinates and creates infrastructure installations, configurations of server hardware, software, and operating systems
Ability to work with the cloud chosen for the hybrid solutions (Azure, OCI)
Responsible for maintaining and operating of cloud infrastructure and keep the operating costs within budget
Generates performance reports for operating systems
Coordinates with local vendors for hardware/software delivery (including cloud providers)
Manages and maintains hardware inventory
Responsible for creation for lab environment for the development and testing teams (Dev Labs) and for M/L Teams (ML Ops)
Responsible for creating deployment environments for demonstrations, etc.
Responsible for hardware and software security and protection against all intrusions
Monitors and troubleshoots issues and outages
Evaluates technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and back up procedures working with the cloud providers
Works with other members of the data and solutions team, including Principal Data Architect, Principal Technical Architect, and data scientists to meet requirements
7+ years of experience in an Infrastructure Engineer, who has attained a Graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology
Proven experience of managing IT infrastructure on cloud
Experience with computer networks, network administration and network installations
Management and leadership skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Deep understanding of virtualization techniques including, but not limited to, Dockers, Kubernates on cloud environment
Experience with Terraform, database optimization, container lifecycle and network level trouble shooting
Ability to work in a team or individually as the situation demands
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,425 - $159,165
