This position is responsible for the design, delivery, management, and availability of the enterprise suite of member engagement tools and solutions. This includes the content and campaign management tool and supporting services, member events database, and loyalty and rewards platform.
This leader should develop strategies for technology roadmaps and implement technology efficiency standards, including architecture, design, coding, and testing. Apply technical, architectural and process expertise to support development teams in delivering high-quality solutions according to published release schedules.
Manage department staff including hiring, performance management and career development to ensure alignment with defined goals.
Plan and direct the daily activities of a team focused on a particular system or technology.
Liaison with managers in IT and other functions, applying standard solutions and processes.
Apply specific technical expertise in depth to address technical and business issues.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience. 5 years of related IT experience. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.
Experience managing Agile and Dev Ops teams; Developing high performing teams with a focus on Continuous Integration and Deployment
No SQL database experience, Mongo or Cassandra
Experience with Salesforce
Experience with cloud environments
Experience in a service oriented or microservices architecture environment
Proven ability to solve and lead an organization through complex technology problems
Ability to communicate at multiple levels
