Position Summary

This is a hybrid role, requiring working from the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Aetna's Medicare Stars Data Intelligence (DI) team is an integral part of the Medicare business. We are seeking a Manager, Informatics to join our team. The DI team manages data environments, reporting and web applications that support Medicare and Stars-specific initiatives.

This position will include:

• Project Management: Responsible for Business Analyst role for work within our Patient Safety/Part D measures work processes. Promote Agile processes and methodologies in support of this work.

• Business Analysis: Responsible for analysis and documentation, both technical and functional, for Patient Safety.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with various stakeholders, including business and technology partners, to understand their needs and align solutions with their expectations.

In this fast-paced environment, the candidate will have opportunities to work with a wide variety of Medicare business areas and applications. Within the team, the candidate will interact with skilled analysts and technical partners.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 or more years of healthcare/pharmacy, health insurance or a relevant combination of experience

• Experience with writing and executing SQL queries in DB2 and SQL Server database environments

• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies including SAFe concepts as well as familiarity with Agile tools such as Rally

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across business areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at different levels of the organization

• Proven track record of successfully delivering on projects

• Medicare/Medicare Stars knowledge

Education

• The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
