Responsible for driving revenue-producing results by managing a team of sales representatives to meet and/or exceed regional sales objectives. Lead a sales team in the development of customer/owner/dealer relationships as well as prospective retail accounts. Develop and implement strategies to ensure team achieves consistent operational excellence in all company standards, directives and initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manages ongoing relationships with third-party vendors, and develops and distributes promotional and communications materials.

  • Ensures adequate product supplies, trains vendors' sales staffs, and resolves retailer/dealer/agent issues.

  • Serves as liaison to channel partners with regards to any sales related issues.

  • Performs sales activities for an assigned geographic area or product/service line through indirect sales channels to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives.

  • Develops quarterly programs within budgeted guidelines.

  • Manages assigned accounts to sales and cost budgeted objectives.

  • Coordinates between departments to achieve sales and cost budgeted objectives.

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Generally requires 7 years related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid retail knowledge that demonstrates a passion for world class sales and service, innovation, as well as personal and team development.

  • Proven relationship building, collaboration and people leadership skills.

  • Will be required to travel (same day, within regional area) for field coaching and field visits with team and partners on a regular basis.

  • Highly proficient in process analysis and improvement skills evident in ability to lead and support change management with collaborative, thorough, and detailed implementation plans.

  • Highly proficient in reviewing and analyzing data - demonstrated applied data and analytics skills.

  • Demonstrated sales and operations excellence skills in a changing work environment.

  • Able to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons at all levels in-person, through video conferencing, over the phone, and in writing.

  • Comfortable & adaptable when working with new technology.

  • Has an accountable work style, friendly demeanor, and offers appreciation to others easily.

  • Highly-effective organizational and time management skills. Able to work on multiple project simultaneously that are deadline sensitive.

  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications preferred.
