Vision Hospitality Group is a highly entrepreneurial company limited only by our imagination. Our workplace culture is defined by the Golden Rule and rooted in our Vision Values.
Each associate strives to ensure our properties and services uphold our mission to be the "best, most respected hotel company in America". Our property teams collaborate to support one another across the day to day operations. We have a spirit of continuous improvement- we are never bored and are never complacent. Successful team members are always seeking opportunities to learn and pass on new knowledge.
Our teams thrive on hard work, diversity and dedication to an outstanding guest experience. We are committed to making our associates feel welcomed and included so they can engage unhindered. Finally, we celebrate our bonds by giving back to the community. Most team members volunteer in some form or fashion and are given the opportunity to participate in volunteer/non-profit work.
Participants will perform the variety of work that goes into crafting a memorable and industry-leading guest experience. The MIT Program will have rotating responsibilities through the host hotel's operational departments, including:
Guest Services, Housekeeping, Culinary, Maintenance, Sales, and Administration. Participants will perform the tasks and duties of different departmental roles, and also be introduced to progressive leadership responsibilities. In addition to this role variety, Participants will select an area of concentration to focus a deeper development and understanding of operational responsibilities and skills. These assignments are developmental with skill assessment checkpoint and competency timelines determined by the training hotels and Director of Learning and Development.
