Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening 2 years in a management role Legally authorized to handle all firearms in accordance with ATF regulations Knowledge of frequently pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms, and electronics Demonstrates the ability to meet and exceed performance goals and metrics Bilingual (Spanish) a BIG PLUS
