This position will be a program manager on Vision System Tactical programs. This role will collaborate with other PMO staff in setting program strategy, vision and tactical direction for program execution by multifunctional teams and subcontractors. The program manager will integrate the performance of the program's engineering, operations, supply chain, mission assurance and program operations teams. The PM establishes an executable baseline and manages the risks and opportunities of assigned programs. This role will support and present Program Management Reviews and EACs. This position develops and adheres to the program's Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring program growth and achieving measurable customer satisfaction.

This person will also be responsible for supporting proposal preparation, statements of work and specifications, negotiation and administration of contracts with the customer. This individual is responsible for developing strong customer relationships and develop corrective actions to mitigate customer identified issues and changes to program scope.

Required Skills:

  • Prefer experience working with ISR technologies and/or subassemblies.

  • 8+ years working experience within Program Management, supply chain, operations or engineering

  • Experience working with large complex teams

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience implementing EVMS and Risk & Opportunity management

  • Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and collaboration

  • US Citizenship is required

  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance within 1 year of hire date

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with EO/IR technologies for space applications preferred

  • Demonstrated knowledge of IPDS

  • Strong communications skills and experience presenting to customers and senior leadership

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related discipline

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.

The successful candidate will manage the SPS Finance Supply Chain related activities, allowing an opportunity to work in a dynamic business area with the potential to drive successful set up and execution of programs from proposal development to contract execution. Responsibilities will include providing financial leadership and partnering with the Mission Area SCM Director, Finance Director and the leadership team to ensure sound business decisions are made in all program execution, new business and strategy, and to ensure growth and financial goals and commitments are met. The selected candidate must be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as have the ability to multitask across a variety of programs. This position requires the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management. As a strategic business partner, the successful candidate will collaborate with the Business Managers, Finance Director and SCM leadership ensure the successful execution of quarterly EACs, monthly forecasting and Operating Reviews, as well as AOP forecasting and maintenance. Responsibilities include the following: * Effectively manage Supply Chain Financials for a complex Mission Area * Responsible for driving business financials while maintaining accountability across the programs on both short and long-term initiatives including closely monitoring & measuring performance * Work very closely with the SPS SCM and Finance leadership team, and functions * Provide financial briefings and communications to customers, SPS Finance Leadership Team, SCM, Ops, Engineering, as well as PMO Director * Provide analyses to build sound and executable program and supply chain plans * Help lead SC cost strategy effort for proposals for competitive procurements * Manage several direct reports and responsible for direct reports' performance and provide guidance regarding career development plan * Provide leadership to ensure strong business management function across program by focusing on increasing actionable information provided to the Program Directors, promoting knowledge sharing, and improving processes with focus on automation & simplification * Manage business processes, including EAC, Customer Reporting, Earned Value, Baseline Change implementation, Financial Forecasting, AOP, 5 Year Plan * Manage and develop the SCM finance team.
