The FAM role is critical to the financial health and success of our team and our clients. The FAM works with clients at all levels from property managers and accounting team members to corporate level contacts to optimize the RUM solution. They do this by providing recommendations to both clients and internal teams to drive efficiency, reduce expense and reinforce the value of the RUM solution to prevent client attrition. The FAM's support the Strategic Account Managers on their assigned portfolio's and also work closely with internal teams to develop strategies based on client's needs to ensure our client's long term success and partnership with RealPage.


The Manager of the Financial Account Management team is an integral leadership position within the Utility Management Division that works closely with Implementation, Operations, Product Management and Client Success Management Team. The Manager of Financial Account Management manages a team that is the primary liaison with the accounting team after the initial sale of the Utility Management solution. This position is responsible for client revenue retention and growth, as well as the day to day management of the Financial Account Managers and ongoing client deliverables.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the team of Financial Account Managers (FAM), both on and offshore

  • Identify operational efficiencies and create execution plans to realize the ideal state. Utilize various ticket system and data from operational platforms to create and maintain ongoing capacity models to ensure appropriate staffing models are maintained at all times

  • Increase business opportunity by anticipating customer needs and providing a high level of customer service

  • Communicate essential information; coordinate actions; obtain expert input; review open issues and action items; contribute information to team meetings

  • Develop and implement additional account management processes and procedures as required to allow for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate effectively with business and product cross functional teams for requirements and training on future strategic products and ongoing improvement to current products.

  • Analyze trends and troubleshoot issues to ensure client achieve optimal return on investment (ROI)



  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an accounting or finance support role, or related experience. Client interaction experience required.

  • Experience in the property management industry strongly preferred

  • Minimum of 3-4 years in a management or supervisory role strongly preferred; experience managing offshore support team preferred

  • Solution based attitude, drive for client resolution and satisfaction

  • Ability to communicate client needs while prioritizing organizational goals and initiatives

  • Demonstrated ability to develop goals, strategies, and road mapping capabilities

  • Demonstrated success in account relationship management with proven ability to retain and grow accounts

  • Demonstrated analytical ability; experience defining metrics and managing incentive plans

  • Proficient computer skills with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook

  • Highly effective communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong project management skills; Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities

  • Ability to motivate others to achieve project deliverables

  • Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing environments

  • Ability to work extended hours when necessary

  • Ability to travel, including internationally, when necessary


  • Property management or multifamily housing industry experience a plus

  • International management experience a plus.

This position will play a critical role in protecting company assets that may store or process valuable company data from potential cyber-attacks and help maintain our company's reputation as a cyber-security leader, which indirectly would influence customer relationships and future contract awards. This position will fill the corporate IRAMP Manager role that will report directly to the System Risk and Authorization (SRA) Manager and be responsible for managing a team of cybersecurity professionals executing as Information System Security Officers (ISSOs), Security Control Assessors (SCAs), and developers. Has human resource authorities within the IRAMP team, in accordance with appropriate Corporate review and approval standards. Will work closely with different levels of GES and Business Unit personnel to ensure their systems are properly secured prior to their go-live dates, which requires collaboration to address scheduling requirements in an efficient manner. This position will be viewed as a reliable and respected Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field of Information Security across the company and may support Raytheon participation in security forums and standards working groups. Key Job Responsibilities: * Manage a team of high performing cybersecurity professionals focused on the maturation and effective execution of IRAMP/RMF processes throughout the RTX enterprise. * Lead the development of new IRAMP processes, procedures, and standards that help to better manage Information System (IS) risk, meet regulatory requirements, and ensure compliance and audit success * Provide consistent execution direction and help to define IRAMP best practices * Leverage strong communication skills and subject matter expertise to educate and influence colleagues, practitioners, customers, and leadership. * Collaborate with Business Unit IRAMP practitioners to drive alignment and develop solutions that meet mission needs. * Ensure GES owned applications/systems and designated BU applications/systems are effectively processed through the IRAMP/RMF process * Manage and improve IRAMP service delivery using metrics and customer feedback Required Skills: * Minimum 10+ years of related experience within Information Security, Systems Engineering, System Architecture or Security Controls. Demonstrated ability to lead and be fully accountable in a geographically dispersed virtual and fast-paced work environment. * Experience with security control allocation, assessment, and authorization. * Knowledge of network technologies/protocols and computer security concepts in large-scale enterprise technology environment. * Strong comprehension of Information Security practices including identifying risks, emerging cyber security threats, and risk mitigation processes. * Good social, verbal, and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively present analytical data to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences. * Strong deductive reasoning, critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills. * Expert level knowledge and experience of the NIST 800-37 Risk Management Framework (RMF) * Security Certification in accordance to DoD 8570.01 IAT-II or higher (e.g. CISSP, CISM, etc.) * Must possess the confidence and expertise to make critical security decisions This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
