Job Description

• Provide program, proposal and security control analysis and gap assessments
• Develop and deploy cybersecurity best practices
• Help programs achieve auditable cybersecurity control compliance
• Support for customer audits, and compliance reviews
• Support for source selection and competitive bid (RFI and RFP) process
• Provide guidance for developing System Security Plans and Plan Of Action and Milestones
• Research to stay ahead of changes in the cybersecurity regulatory landscape

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive IT security or compliance experience and a bachelors' degree or equivalent combination of experience and schooling/certifications in lieu of degree
• Operational knowledge of IT security control frameworks including NIST 800-171, Center for Internet Security Critical Security Controls (formerly SANS Top 20), NIST SP 800-53 Rev.4, and/or ISO 27001
• Knowledge of network technologies/protocols and computer security concepts in small, medium, and large scale Enterprise technology environment
• Experience in documentation of processes and internal IT security controls
• Strong social, verbal, and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively present analytical data to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong deductive reasoning, critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skill
• Collaborative team member with a cross-functional, multi-disciplined team within Raytheon
• Certified security expert – CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, ISSMP or other IT Security related certifications
• Willing to travel based on operational requirements

This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with DoD Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)
• Exposure to IT policy and procedure development
• Knowledge of and experience with assessing non-US IT security control frameworks such as ISO270001 and UK Cyber Essentials
• Project Management experience
• Experience evaluating the implementation of NIST 800-171 controls using NIST 800-171A
• Experience evaluating cybersecurity of the supply chain

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information Systems, Cyber or related discipline or equivalent combination of experience and schooling/certifications in lieu of degree

This position will play a critical role in protecting company assets that may store or process valuable company data from potential cyber-attacks and help maintain our company's reputation as a cyber-security leader, which indirectly would influence customer relationships and future contract awards. This position will fill the corporate IRAMP Manager role that will report directly to the System Risk and Authorization (SRA) Manager and be responsible for managing a team of cybersecurity professionals executing as Information System Security Officers (ISSOs), Security Control Assessors (SCAs), and developers. Has human resource authorities within the IRAMP team, in accordance with appropriate Corporate review and approval standards. Will work closely with different levels of GES and Business Unit personnel to ensure their systems are properly secured prior to their go-live dates, which requires collaboration to address scheduling requirements in an efficient manner. This position will be viewed as a reliable and respected Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field of Information Security across the company and may support Raytheon participation in security forums and standards working groups. Key Job Responsibilities: * Manage a team of high performing cybersecurity professionals focused on the maturation and effective execution of IRAMP/RMF processes throughout the RTX enterprise. * Lead the development of new IRAMP processes, procedures, and standards that help to better manage Information System (IS) risk, meet regulatory requirements, and ensure compliance and audit success * Provide consistent execution direction and help to define IRAMP best practices * Leverage strong communication skills and subject matter expertise to educate and influence colleagues, practitioners, customers, and leadership. * Collaborate with Business Unit IRAMP practitioners to drive alignment and develop solutions that meet mission needs. * Ensure GES owned applications/systems and designated BU applications/systems are effectively processed through the IRAMP/RMF process * Manage and improve IRAMP service delivery using metrics and customer feedback Required Skills: * Minimum 10+ years of related experience within Information Security, Systems Engineering, System Architecture or Security Controls. Demonstrated ability to lead and be fully accountable in a geographically dispersed virtual and fast-paced work environment. * Experience with security control allocation, assessment, and authorization. * Knowledge of network technologies/protocols and computer security concepts in large-scale enterprise technology environment. * Strong comprehension of Information Security practices including identifying risks, emerging cyber security threats, and risk mitigation processes. * Good social, verbal, and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively present analytical data to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences. * Strong deductive reasoning, critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills. * Expert level knowledge and experience of the NIST 800-37 Risk Management Framework (RMF) * Security Certification in accordance to DoD 8570.01 IAT-II or higher (e.g. CISSP, CISM, etc.) * Must possess the confidence and expertise to make critical security decisions This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
