Purpose:

  • Responsible for the operational, on-site delivery of outsourcing/facilities management to end user customers. Activities involve maintaining contracted service levels resulting in customer satisfaction, maintaining customer relationships, and contract commitments delivered within cost targets.

  • The role is responsible for the overall quality of service delivery of an implementation/ongoing client.

Scope:

General:

  • Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities

  • Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices

  • Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives

  • Primarily domestic accountability; may include some international accountability

Primary Responsibilities:

  • May perform one or more of the following:

  • Support the fulfilment of the company vision for prompt and professional client services through motivation and leadership

  • Oversee the day-to-day implementation and operational aspects of the client relationship

  • Develop strategy needed to achieve agreed upon service levels

  • Manage the setup and delivery of services

  • Work with the client to manage priorities and expectations

  • Manage the requirements definition process and ensure that system specifications accurately reflect client requirements

  • Build effective liaisons to manage the transition from implementation to ongoing client delivery

  • Act as a subject matter expert regarding the application of business objectives and alternatives for service delivery

  • Build a cohesive team by championing quality, integrating team efforts through status meetings, sharing appropriate information, and building depth of expertise

  • Manage finances for the account, including invoice creation, timely receipt of client payments, and other P&L responsibilities

Ability to work with limited supervision. ? Must be able to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions. * Must be able to read and write in English. * Ability to use sharp objects to prepare food such as: knives, meat slicers, grinders, etc. * Must be able to lift and carry trays not in excess of 50 pounds. ? Must be able to work 8 hour rotating shifts, between the hours of 5am & 7:30pm including weekends and holidays. ? Assist with the duties of the Supervisor in their absence; observing all safety rules and regulations. * Ability to work in a team environment. ?Serve Safe Certification and/or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment. ?Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, cost controls and operating and repairing food service equipment. ?Knowledge of food product, identification, and acceptable level of food quality. ?Must know methods of food preparation, cooking times, and portion sizes to ensure food is prepared in prescribed manner. ?Demonstrated ability to monitor and supervise the work of others. * Ability to drive the Food Service truck and deliver food to the homes as needed. ?Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the position which may include working inside the kitchen area, interacting with heated equipment, steam, loud noise, chemicals and other at risk conditions. Involves repetitive motion. ?Knowledge of the Board of Health food safety regulations and demonstrated ability to adhere to them. ?Able to standing for long periods of time * Must have a high school diploma or equivalency. ?Must have a valid Driver's License. Preferred Qualifications ?Certified Food Manager preferred. * Experience in residential food service work, food consistencies, or diet requirements are preferred. Special Requirements AN FBI background check and drug screening will be required prior to employment. References that include 1 current and 1 previous supervisor as well as 3 additional professional references will be required of final candidates as part of our hiring process.
