About the Role
The Manager II, Sales Training & Development will be responsible for critical training initiatives focused on developing Tarsus' internal talent and fostering our unique company culture. Training will emphasize professional development, career advancement, individual excellence & performance. This role will also be focused on working with the leadership team to identify critical training and development gaps. Once identified, the training manager will create and implement training programs to address these needs for the launch and thereafter.

Factors for Success:
Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field
8+ years relevant experience required, healthcare/pharma, ophthalmic experience strongly preferred
Previous experience in sales training is required
Strong presentation skills, facilitation skills, and communication skills, verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen
Ability to develop, implement and execute key training strategies
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
Ability to manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
High technical and clinical knowledge as it relates to product and industry
Strong analytical skills
Budget management

Some travel may be required - up to 20-30%
At Tarsus, we understand the importance of attracting and retaining top talent. The expected base pay range for this position is $121,500 - $170,100 plus bonus, stock equity, and comprehensive benefits. The base pay range reflects the target range for this position, but individual pay will be determined by additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
