The Manager II Engineer Logistics positions will perform the role of the Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) User Support Coordinator. ALCS is a Logistics Management Information application utilized by multiple programs supported by Raytheon in support of logistics associated with asset and maintenance management activities.

The ALCS User Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing oversight to the various ALCS Program Coordinators and supporting ALCS subject matter experts supporting all of our ALCS customers. The ALCS User Support Coordinator will be required to coordinate and prioritize user reported issues and special data needs for ongoing data analysis studies. Individual is required to chair a weekly Triage meeting to prioritize and coordinate staff assignments associated with ALCS customer requests for assistance and reported issues.

Analytic skills are neceaary to determine the escalation of issues to tier two and tier three levels of support. Candidate will lead daily scrum sessions with the technical team and be aware of the workload and priorities with ALCS developers with coordination with the Senior Principle Software Engineer. Successful candidate must be capable of working under consultative directions toward long-range customer support goals and objectives where assignments are self-initiated. Individual will work in conjunction with management staff to ensure scheduling of work assignments are consistent within the tasking and financial plans of each of the Raytheon Programs that are supported by ALCS.

Required Skills:

8+ years experience, providing logistics supply and maintenance customer support related to military related activities.

This position requires experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Agile software development methods.

Successful candidate must have a working knowledge of the Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) and how it supports Field and Depot operations for both supply and maintenance management.

Successful candidate must have working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint

The candidate must possess sufficient professional competence to operate independently, within a broad scope of authority, and with minimal supervision.

Desired Skills:

Energetic professional, who can coordinate and interface effectively at all levels of the organization, across a multi-contractor and government workforce. This individual will be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications skills.

The individual will have the ability to research complex customer problems and provide technical, process and/or training solutions. The ability to isolate problems and initiate solutions in a timely manner is expected. Generating deliverable documents, planning activities including developing and performing presentations to the customer is also required. Experience managing in a depot or production environment is a plus.

Required Education (including Major):

Requires Bachelor's degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience.

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization. 117018

IIS's Hardware and Infrastructure (HW&I) Engineering Organization is currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer II for its Construction Engineering Group. This individual will provide technical expertise and leadership for the design and construction of facility power distribution systems. The Construction Engineering Group is a team of engineering and systems installation professionals has been tasked with deploying systems around the world. The design team is comprised of civil, electrical, and mechanical licensed professional engineers specializing in facility design within a radar, air traffic control, Airport and border security, and telecommunications infrastructure environment.This group is tasked with site layout and design, facility design, systems transition, integration planning, construction management, systems installation, integration, system optimization, testing, system maintenance, and logistics support.The customer sites for these projects are typically government sites with agencies such as DoD, FAA, TSA, DTRA, or Homeland Security, along with multiple foreign governments and customers. The specific program for on-boarding this successful candidate is part of a large TSA IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) Contract for deployment of check point and baggage handling technologies and equipment along with associated infrastructure. As a Senior Electrical Engineer II, you will develop, plan, and design facility components including power, controls, communications, fire alarm, and security, which will include construction drawings and specifications, cost and quantity estimates, and analysis (power distribution, engine generators, load analysis etc). You will survey customer facilities and document existing conditions for proposed electrical facility upgrades. You should be familiar with the NEC, NFPA, and Life Safety codes. You will be responsible for technical coordination, as well as cost and schedule performance of the project design.Additionally, you will provide direction and consultation on electrical issues at various sites and be responsible for technical work performed by lower level engineers. You should be able to work effectively in a team setting. As a Senior Electrical Engineer II, you will be expected to work with minimal technical direction and at a high level of independence in resolving technical problems and establishing the approach for a solution.
